The company and role
Our client is a driver in Research & Development and excels in highly specialized and highly innovative products. Their core products consist of advanced technologies specifically developed and used by haematology, blood and ICU professionals. Due to continued business growth in Sydney they have an opening for a Clinical Specialist to focus on hospitals and Bloodbank accounts.
Reporting to the National Clinical Manager you will be responsible for implementing customer support activities including therapy education and clinical training. You will need to utilise internal resources effectively and enjoy being part of a customer’s clinical team whilst working remotely. In this role you can have a lot of autonomy, flexibility and be part of a great culture!
Requirements
• Tertiary educated – Bachelor of Nursing / Biological / Biomedical Science or similar
• Ideally you will have a clinical background (Haematology/ICU/emergency) and exposure to a corporate / commercial environment specialising in clinical education, providing hands-on end user training and providing customer support mainly in-field and via phone
• Be comfortable with the latest in medical technology and high-end equipment
• Be great at rapport building, gaining trust and confidence in both patient and clinician, you are very customer focused – placing their needs as priority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High standard of presentation
• A willingness to travel interstate as required
