We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual in the role of Applications Specialist to join our Healthineers team based in the Brisbane region. Reporting to the Applications Team Leader, the main objective of this role is to provide outstanding customer support to our customers, working as part of the local service and support team. In addition this role will include assisting the local sales team with technical sales and workflow analysis within our customer’s laboratories.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing phone and on-site customer support to resolve technical issues
• Performing installations and upgrades of instruments and assays
• Conducting customer training at the national Training Centre in Sydney and on-site
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through strong relationships with customers
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales and profit targets
We are seeking individuals experienced in Pathology / Diagnostics with an undergraduate science or related degree. The successful candidate will have already demonstrated strong customer focus and have excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, self-confidence, energy, be a solid team contributor and exhibit strong results orientation. Demonstrable experience in a Pathology laboratory environment is required. The role is predominantly based in Brisbane, but will involve regional QLD and travel within Australia /New Zealand.
