Our General Managers are knowledgeable, dynamic and experienced aged care professionals who manage the day to day operations of our Aged Care Homes.
An opportunity is now available for an experienced General Manager to join our team and cover periods of Leave at any of our NSW / QLD Homes.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be adaptable and have the flexibility to work in regional areas at times.
To be successful in this role the following is sought:
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience
- Extensive aged care experience
- Strong leadership skills & people management skills
- Experience managing budgets
- High degree customer service
- Computer literacy
- Familiar with ACFI requirements
- Business acumen
- Flexibility to be away from Home Monday - Friday if required.
