The Company
My client is a leading company within the medical space.
The Role
This is a multifaceted role where you will be required to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. This is a very fast paced position where a hard work ethic, strong communication skills and a high attention to details are imperative for this position. SAP experience is a must.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Answering national inbound calls, actioning all inbound emails and enquires as necessary
- Process all customer sales orders using SAP
- Data entry
- Providing ad hoc reports
- Documenting procedures
- Assisting other members of the team with additional workload as required
Essential criteria
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong SAP experience essential
- Strong experience with data entry, data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Problem solving mindset
