Dorevitch Pathology is a leading Private Provider of Pathology and Diagnostic services throughout Victoria. Our Haematology department in central Heidelberg Laboratory is seeking a laboratory assistant to join our dynamic team.
The successful applicant must be team focused, self-motivated individual capable of working in a very busy environment. The laboratory assistant will be involved in operating a variety of haematology equipment, perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting, run patient samples, perform manual testing and assist in the management of stock. Paying attention to details, able to make decisions and show initiative will be valuable qualities for the applicant.
Applicants with a B. App. Sc (MLS) (a major in Haematology and Immunohematology) would be advantageous.
