The Company

My client is a Specialist Provider of Treatment with over 20 years experience in the Industry. Their team of Allied Health professionals are focussed on driving Return to Work outcomes to help injured workers return to the life they had prior to injury. Their approach to the clients as well as the partnerships they create with all stakeholders, allows for the best outcomes for all parties involved. 


The Role

• Manage existing relationships with key Insurers and Rehabilitation Providers
• Seek and develop new relationships to drive new business opportunities
• Work closely with the treating practitioners in relation to return to work strategies
• Work with clients to discuss cases and return to work strategies
• Work in collaboration with the Team Leaders to develop and deliver bespoke products for clients.

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Chiropractic Science.
• Experience in NSW Workers Compensation whether it's with an insurer, rehab provider or treatment provider. 
• Experience in meeting business development/ referral targets
• Positive mindset and attitude
• Driving licence and own car

Desirable Criteria

• Proven experience as an Account Manager with a treatment provider, rehabilitation provider or insurer
• Some clinical treatment experience
