About the role
The Richardson, West Perth will be home for 92 residents.
We are seeking experienced carers who share our philosophy to join our team in August 2018.
The role will entail:
- The provision of high quality care and support for the people living in The Richardson.
- Supporting people to live their lives their way.
- Making each day a meaningful day.
- Working as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 7 day roster.
- Completing documentation in accordance with The Richardson policies and procedures.
- Interacting with the residents and their families in a friendly, helpful and positive manner.

Skills and experience
- Qualified with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience as a carer in Aged Care.
- Understanding of quality care and customer service to residents and their families
- Understanding of aged care and the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation processes
- Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology.
