Grow Wellbeing is seeking the right person(s) for permanent part-time and full-time position working within School Communities across Northern and Southern metro Adelaide.
Grow Wellbeing is an Adelaide based Company who provides mobile Mental Wellbeing Services using an evidenced based approach,Grow Wellbeing provides experienced Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists to the community free of charge.
We offer an innovative service which provides mental health support to communities with a focus on early intervention and using community resources to run creative and engaging individual and group sessions.
We are seeking SW, OT, or Psychologists for full time and part time opportunities.
About the role
The role is based within multiple School settings, you will be integrated into the existing School Wellbeing teams where you will provide individual and group Therapeutic support In-class and out-of-class for students.
You will have the opportunity to provide crucial Mental Wellbeing support for students, ongoing advice to parents and teaching staff to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes for the child/Adolescent.

You will receive excellent administrative support and weekly contact from our Grow Wellbeing School Manager to make sure you are happy and well supported.
Salary Ranges have been adjusted to accommodate 12 weeks + annual leave
PLEASE NOTE: Annual leave must be taken during School terms break and end of year break time only.
Remuneration for Permanent Position:
Mental Health Occupational Therapist/Social Worker: $70,000-$78,000
General Psychologist: $80,000-$88,000
Clinical Psychologist: $120,000-$130,000
Selection Criteria
Key qualities we are seeking in candidates include:
- Build long term, trusting relationships within School Communities
- Problem solver who can think outside the box
- An ability to utilise In-context information to support Therapeutic outcomes for children
- Flexibility in the way you provide Therapeutic support
- An understanding of the broader context of child Wellbeing and the need to involve parents and teaching staff to maximise Therapeutic outcomes
- Full AHPRA Registration as an Allied Health Professional (Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist).
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- At least 2 years of post graduation experience in Mental Health related fields
- Registered to provide treatments under Medicare's Better Access to Mental Health Scheme
- Satisfactory National Police Record
