Position
We have an exciting opportunity now available with our clients ACFI Team. You will support the facilities to identify increases in residents' care needs and compare this to current funding. In addition you will support the Nurse Unit Managers to deliver a coordinated approach to the implementation of the ACFI's maximizing care and possible ACFI upgrades.
As The ACFI Officer you would have previous experience with direct care in a residential aged care facility and knowledge of the Aged care funding instrument in the residential aged care setting.
You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated achiever who thrives on successful outcomes and you would have an ability to work cooperatively as a member of the residential team.
About you
RN with extensive ACFI experience
Proven knowledge and experience with the ACFI business rules and clinical ACFI Assessment process;
Experience and knowledge of Aged Care Funding & Validation visits
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase funding by implementing care systems
Ability to respond quickly and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced role
Ability or a willingness to learn to become proficient with compiling a residents ACFI story
