$90k - $96k base + Super

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate Clinical Manager to join the team at Regis Yeronga.
This 100 bed aged care facility is less than 5kms from Brisbane’s CBD, adjacent to The Village at Yeronga retirement complex and is in close proximity to Brisbane River. Regis Yeronga is a Club Services facility which features services such as on-site chef, cinema, cafe, private dining room, internet and Foxtel, library, hairdressing salon, day spa and professional consulting areas.
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Full clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation
- Staff training, provision of ongoing management and support to all care staff
- Oversight of all specialised nursing
- Working closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with all Aged Care standards and Regis Quality Care policies and procedures
About you
As a senior clinician, you will:
- Have a Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Be an experienced manager or leader of a team (12 months minimum preferred)
- Have a hands on approach and be willing to get out on the floor and build relationships with our residents and their families
- Have a strong focus on customer service and leadership
- Be proactive and energetic in managing your time effectively and a working in a fast paced environment
