About the role
As a Clinical Facilitator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing clinical education.
- Facilitating clinical knowledge and skills development for nurses.
- Promoting learning and competence in a clinical setting.
- Supervising and mentor others to deliver quality nursing care.
- Supporting students and staff.
Skills and experience
Applicants should possess:
- Effective communication including verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Information technology skills.
- Certificate IV TAE 40110.
- Current nursing registration.
- Recent clinical experience in Aged Care/Advanced Nursing Skills.
- Experience delivering Adult Education.
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles and assessment.
