About the Role...
We have positions available for experienced Enrolled Nurses to support the clients of some of the most reputable Service Providers across the Disabilities sector.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will provide assistance with daily living and clinical activities to meet the needs of individuals living with a disability.
The positions ultimately are for the provision of clinical and holistic care and support to adults, and adolescents living with disabilities in a residential group home environment.
About You...
You must have a minimum of 12 months post graduate experience, true compassion along with an encouraging approach and genuine interest in supporting individuals living with a disability.
You must also hold;
- AHPRA Registration
- A Valid Driver's Licence
- A recent National Police Certificate
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Working with Childrens Card
- Up to date Immunisation status
