CENTRAL COAST OF NSW (UMINA CLINIC) - ALL HOURS PHYSIOTHERAPY

Permanent, full time position (part time also considered if preferred) for a physiotherapist - based at our Umina Clinic.

HUNTER REGION (CESSNOCK) - ALL HOURS PHYSIOTHERAPY:

In addition to the above Umina role, All Hours Physio is also offering a permanent, full time position (part time also considered if preferred) for a physiotherapist to be based in Cessnock.

Preference would be given to an applicant willing to live in or close to Cessnock. However, commuting from the East Maitland, west side of Newcastle or Central Coast district would also be considered. 

RELOCATION AND ACCOMMODATION ALLOWANCE

This position offers a generous relocation allowance and accommodation allowance (for the first 12 months) for any applicant willing to relocate to the Cessnock region. 

Accommodation is available in Cessnock on arrival and during the first three months until own housing is sought (upon request). 

JOB CONDITIONS

All Hours Physiotherapy has been providing physiotherapy services since 2000 at our seven clinics across the Central Coast, Port Stephens and The Hunter. 

Flexible working arrangements with a strong focus on staff well being and lifestyle balance are at the heart of All Hours Physiotherapy. 

The above positions are for 38 hours per week which can be worked flexibly within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm. Typical schedules for our physiotherapists include:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

However, physiotherapists also have the option of choosing earlier start times/later finish times in order to accommodate individual patient needs (this is optional and at the discretion of the individual physiotherapist). Similarly, weekend work may also be available. 

NEW GRADUATE/EXPERIENCED PHYSIO POSITIONS:

The pay scale of the position will be offered based on post graduate experience.

Predominantly we see patients in our clinics. Also a small proportion of our patients are seen in their own homes or nursing homes. 

The position consists of a varied caseload, including:

• Private patients 
• Medicare
• DVA
• Aged care
• Disability (NDIS/NGO)
• Workers compensation
• Motor vehicle accidents

Treatment for/services provided:

• Full range of musculoskeletal conditions
• Sports injuries
• Rehabilitation
• Massage
• Education and advice about exercise and movement
• Health promotion on how to avoid injury and self-manage long-term conditions
• Acupuncture

The above positions come with the following:

EXPERIENCE 

(For New Graduates, experience can have been gained as a physiotherapy student during clinical placements as part of the physiotherapy degree)
