Epworth Clinic Camberwell is comprised of 63 inpatient beds across two unit providing care and treatment for patients in need of acute mental health care, in addition to offering a range of outpatient day programs. The Epworth Clinic provides a world class facility to cater for the growing number of people struggling with mental health related illness. 

 

The Role

The Epworth Clinic Graduate Nurse Program is partnered with The Alfred Mental Health Graduate Nurse Program. We offer a program that:

  • Includes a 2 week comprehensive orientation study program
  • Includes 8 structured days that provide credit for the Post Graduate Diploma of Nursing / Masters of Nursing in Mental Health
  • Provides support in the clinical setting from Preceptors, Clinical Nurse Educators & Graduate Nurse Coordinators
  • Provides a structured and challenging clinical learning environment which has both support and variety
  • Facilitates your transition to become a confident and competent Registered Nurse through an exciting educational program
  • Enables you to develop a sense of belonging through collegiality and shared values through the Epworth person centred culture

If you are seeking a challenge and opportunities in a friendly, supportive environment, then the Epworth Mental Health Graduate Nurse Program is for you. Positions are 30.4 hours per week, including a rotating roster across all shifts. Successful applicants will commence the program in February 2019.
