The Role
Epworth Richmond is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses who possess a desire to be part of the Emergency Department's high performing and friendly team to deliver an exceptional patient experience within the critical care environment.
Key areas of focus for this role include:
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience within the critical care environment
- Providing high standards of nursing care
- Encouraging and role-modelling empathy to patients, families and medical consultants
- Supporting and educating junior staff
- Leading and assisting in quality projects and initiatives
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will:
- Have post graduate qualifications in Emergency/Critical Care Nursing
- Have vast experience in the Emergency Department setting
- Have exceptional communications skills
- Have current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Have a strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care
- Be passionate about making a difference to the patient and their families
- Be committed to ensuring a high level of patient care and positive patient outcomes
