The Opportunity

Our Nurse Triage team takes calls from virtually all over Australia, will triage symptoms, provide recommendations and help callers make informed healthcare decisions.Enjoy working from the comfort of your own home while also being guided by a clinical lead!

The role will entail the following:

• Operating and navigate through a clinical triage system in order to help callers through challenging situations.
• Use of technology to complement strong clinical assessment skills to arrive at a disposition for each caller, ensuring high level of clinical governance and care.
• Virtual at home induction training program - 5 full days from commencement. Following this  will be 3 days of precepting shifts at home 

Nights and weekend work shifts required.Full time and part time positions available.

Full technology suite provided (including computer and phone kit).

We have a number of virtual inductions coming up - the next session taking place on 13th August.

About You

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years full time clinical nursing experience (post qualification) with recent Acute or Primary Health Care experience.

Other key requirements for this role include:

• Current AHPRA.registration with no limitations
• Superior nursing assessment skills
• Intermediate IT skills - comfortable navigating software, typing and talking at the same time.
• Availability to work weekends and nights

To be eligible to work from home you will need a landline and suitable internet connection.
