Move Play Grow Occupational Therapy is looking for an energetic, creative and reliable Occupational Therapist to join our team.
About the business
Move Play Grow OT was developed in 2017 in response to the growing need for private occupational therapy services in Sydney’s South-West due to the development of various new suburbs within the Macarthur region.
Our Gledswood Hills Centre is complete with two large, fully equipped multisensory gyms with a rock-climbing wall, swings, ball pit, trampoline, balance beam and plenty of space for children to move, play and grow. The centre also contains a third therapy room for children who prefer a smaller therapy space or to undergo an assessment.
About the role
We provide paediatric occupational therapy services to children aged 0-18 years old who present with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD/ADD, Sensory Processing Disorder, developmental delay, learning difficulties, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and/or intellectual disability. Often we see client’s who may have difficulties in a certain skill without a diagnosis.
We are open to full-time or part-time work options and offer flexible working arrangements.
Earning potential upto $100K for full time (Pro rata)

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration in AHPRA
- Membership with OT Australia ideal but not essential
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Eligible for Medicare Provider Number
- Own professional insurance and indemnity cover
- Paediatric experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrate a knowledge of sensory processing difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning difficulties.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate time management skills
- Confidence in communicating with parents, teachers, carers and other health professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be passionate about working with children and have a high level of energy and innovation
