About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dental nurse/receptionist with experience to join our boutique dental practice in Erina, NSW.
This position is casual to start two to four days a week. We are expanding rapidly and there is opportunity to increase days. This role is for nursing one to two days a week and reception one to two days a week. This role is flexible for the right candidate as we aim to accommodate personal preferences and strengths.
Practice hours are standard of healthcare and vary to accommodate patients. It is essential that candidates are flexible with their hours and able to work some late evenings with an 8:00 pm finish.
*A minimum of two years experience is essential. Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred.
Nurse pay rates of $29.0 per hour plus super to start and will increase to $30.00 per hour after 3 months.
Reception pay rates of 26.00 per hour plus super.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of two years experience required in nursing.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred.
- The ideal candidate is well presented, exceptionally caring, & reliable with excellent communication and computer skills (Exact Software and Sidexis imaging).
- Passion for providing optimal patient care.
- Willingness for continuing education and training.
- Experience is mandatory however this position involves extensive training in procedures surrounding infection control, handling & processing of instruments, patient communication, anti-wrinkle therapy & fillers, and procedural training in root canal therapy, crown & bridge, and implants.

Element Dental is a boutique dental practice, privately owned & operated. The Principe dentist is Dr. Laura Jarvis. We have a dentist specialising in implants and surgical extractions attending one day per month. We are also interviewing for a dentist to keep up with our expansion.
