About the Opportunity
NCCCA has an exciting fulltime opportunity for an experienced, motivated and energetic Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator who wants to make a difference and enrich the lives of those we are trusted to care for.
As the Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will develop leisure and lifestyle programs, lead and mentor our lifestyle team and support our volunteer program across three residential aged care facilities. Your role will include coaching to build competence, skills and knowledge in the team.
To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication skills, a desire to have fun, reliability and proactive attitude. In addition to your Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, you have previous aged care experience and experience leading a team. You are passionate about working in residential aged care and are well versed in implementing programs in a memory support environment.
