We are a family friendly dental practice and are looking for an enthusiastic dental assistant/receptionist to join our team on a full time permanent basis. We are located near the Taringa train and bus stations and can also provide staff parking. We
The applicant must have completed Certificate 3 in dental assisting or have a minimum 2 years dental assisting experience and be computer literate.
Applicants must be able to:
- Assist the dentist chair-side during dental procedures
- Conduct sterilisation procedures according to infection control guidelines
- Carry out reception duties including making appointments and taking patient payments.
Hours will be made up across Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:30pm (often with a rostered day off) and the occasional Saturday (8:30am-1:30pm). We are looking for a full time employee (76 hours per fortnight) but are happy to offer a casual or part time position if the applicant prefers.
