Job tasks and responsibilities
We are searching for a Registered Nurse, ideally with occupational health and/or clinic management experience to join our fun and dynamic team. The role will allow you to collaborate, be challenged, be creative and contribute to a wide variety of facets and projects in the Health Assessment business.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of services including but not limited to:
- Managing our clinical network through a combination of training, education and auditing of existing and new clinics
- Working with our clients to determine their pre-employment health assessments needs including functional / musculoskeletal drug and alcohol and medical focused tests such as spirometry, vision, hearing, blood pressure and urinalysis, etc
- Interpreting functional and medical results to educate, direct and influence our clients through verbal and written comminication
- Using your clinical experience to enhance and expand our medical offering
- Work closely with our Bookings and Administration team to assist with trouble shooting and issue resolution
Skills and experience
As the successful candidate you have a current police and working with children clearance as well as a current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with:
- Clinic Management experience desirable
- Occupational Health experience desirable
- Understanding of AS/NZ 4308:2008 requirements
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
