About The Role
An established Multidisciplinary Allied health service based in the Wide Bay Burnett Region has an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join them.
In this role you will be join a leading provider of therapy services to children and adults, in both clinic and community based settings.
You will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of services to eligible in the community and within a paediatric clinic. Clients will either require stand-alone treatment or will be treated within a multi-disciplinary team.
Adult Case Load - Rehabilitation Focused
Paediatric Caseload: Early Intervention Services for Children with Disability / Autism Spectrum Disorders
The caseload is extremely varied (and stimulating) and includes referrals under a range of Government-funded programs including Helping Children with Autism, Better Start, Enhance Primary Care, Fee for Service, CAEATI and VOSS. The clinic is also an approved provider for NDIS funding as it rolls out in the region.
Essential Criteria
- Formal qualifications as an Occupational Therapist
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 Years clinical experience
- Paediatric Experience essential
- Full current driving licence & Working with Childrens Check
- Current National Police Certificate
- Exceptional communication, analytical and time management skills
