Established for 50 years, TriCare is one of Queensland’s largest private owners and managers of retirement communities and aged care residences.
TriCare’s Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence a riverfront facility on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an enthusiastic permanent part time Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Our existing facility has been refurbished and we are currently welcoming residents into our exquisitely designed new building. Our employees are enjoying their new work environment.
TriCare is offering 64 hours per fortnight, morning and afternoon shifts, which may include weekend work. We can assist you in striking the right work/lifestyle balance. Penalty rates apply for particular shifts according to the Nurses Award 2010.
TriCare’s Registered Nurses report directly to the on-site Clinical Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with your manager and being 100% team orientated to achieve real resident-focussed outcomes.
Favourable skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
- Aged Care experience (minimum of 2 years);
- Supervisory level experience;
- Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation;
- Adept at using clinical management software (tablets) at the point of care;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
