The Eastern Suburbs Private Hospital (ESPH) is owned and operated by Macquarie Health Corporation Ltd (MHC), a leading operator of private hospitals in Australia. ESPH is a 38 bed private hospital that provides rehabilitation and medical services.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and driven professional to take on the role of Hospital Director to provide direction to the Rehabilitation team and to drive best practice for patients and their carers. The key focus of the role is to provide strategic leadership and direction for ESPH.
KEY POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
- Achieving agreed business plan revenue and EBIT targets
- Being proactive and innovative in driving hospital utilisation and occupancy
- Leveraging the skill and knowledge of the Macquarie Hospital Group
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Have nursing qualifications with prior experience in the management of a surgical/medical/rehab hospital
- Be experienced in managing and leading large diverse teams of healthcare professionals
- Be entrepreneurial, practical and hands-on in their approach to managing and leading staff
- Demonstrate a track record of continual achievement and growth in their career
- Excellent understanding of NSQHS standards
- Current AHPRA registration and NSW Driver’s license
