T H E   R O L E

• Assisting the facility manager in the day to day running of the facility.
• Looking after the clinical aspect of this 100+ bed facility. 
• Empower, guide and mentor Care Team to ensure best possible outcomes of care is provided.
• Oversee ACFI, accreditation and quality.
• Assisting the facility manager in the day to day running of the facility.
• Going above and beyond to ensure an outstanding service is provided
• Manage a supportive, collaborative and respectful culture within your team 

~They are paying very well... $95,500 base + superannuation + salary packaging!!~

A B O U T   Y O U

• AHPRA Registered Nurse.
• You will also have significant experience in aged care
• Strong clinical skills are a must, as this will be your focus
• Experience with accreditation and the aged care standards is important
• Very good interpersonal skills are important as you are working in a multi-disciplinary team
