The Company
Our client is a highly regarded leading Aged Care facility located in the NSW/ACT region and is part of a major well-established and respected professional group. They ensure their facilities and equipment are best practice and are proud of the quality of care they provide. They have personalised care plans for residents, whom enjoy access to a range of qualified clinical and allied professionals. Currently they are looking to appoint a Care Manager to lead an experienced and resident focused team.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time role for a Registered Nurse with professional track record of successful leadership to become an integral part of developing and maintaining individual assessment and care programs. You will manage the day-to-day operations including clinical care, staffing, budgets, and of course excellent service to our residents. You will be given autonomy and executive team support to ensure your success. Your aim is to enhance quality of life and independence for your residents through helping them achieve safer and more accessible participation in their everyday life and pursuits, with maximum comfort. This role offers the ability to lead a great team and enhance both the work life of your colleagues and the care they deliver.
You
- Current AHPRA registered nurse with managerial experience
- High Care, Dementia, and Respite experience
- Thorough ACFI knowledge and understanding highly regarded
- Demonstrable and proven autonomous leadership skills
- Passion and commitment to warmth and care for the elderly
