Organisation:

• They specialise in ensuring an efficient and safe medication management system to Residential aged care facilities through their partner pharmacy network.
• Holistic approach to safe medication administration

Role:

• The medical management system is individually catered to ensure specific needs of the person or facility
• Business develop with residential aged care organisations
• Implement the Medication Management System across different aged care facilities.
• Educate and mentor the staff at the aged care facilities
• Build and maintain strong relationship with the existing clients

Skills and Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who has strong experience in aged care or pharmaceutical experience
• Passionate about making a difference with the medication management system
• Someone who is available to begin immediately, not essential although preferred.
• Strong experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and facilities
• Happy to travel!
