What you will be doing:

This varied and rewarding role will see you be responsible for providing specialist rehabilitation and injury management services to workers with psychological injuries/illnesses. Additionally, this role will involve communicating with high-level executives within the corporate sectors. A typical day will involve managing open cases, delivery of psychological intervention through EAP services, conducting psychological assessments and administering relevant inventories and score tests.

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Full registration as a Psychologist or are an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Previous experience working with a workplace rehabilitation provider
• Have a sound knowledge of mental health at work and emotional resilience

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• Comcare accreditation
• Previous clinical experience
• Experience in case management
