About the role
This is a permanent full time position working in a dynamic team at our small Melbourne Office in Richmond. Due to the nature of the role you will be working in a structured environment and will:
- Predominately - provide a timely, friendly and accurate technical advice to Practitioners, Pharmacists, Sales Assistants and Consumers via phone, email and other digital mediums
- You will have an opportunity to develop your publication skills and write and develop Metagenics publications
- Opportunity to join our presenting team and deliver presentations at Metagenics seminars throughout Australia and New Zealand
- Consult with external patients and Metagenics employees in the Metagenics clinic
- Manage allocated projects and administrative tasks
- An opportunity to deepen your understanding into functional medicine

Skills and experience
We're looking for a bright person who thrives equally on learning and teaching in a fast paced environment. You will be using your clinical experience to help people live happier, healthier lives.
- A passion for science and a dedication to helping people achieve better health
- Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) or Advanced Diploma coupled with significant industry experience
- Naturopathic industry experience with highly developed nutritional and herbal medicine knowledge
- Ability to work comfortably in a structured environment with strict and competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draw together technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial information to provide accurate advice
- Enthusiastic, self-driven and proactive team player
- Previous presenting experience (desirable)
