Established in 1998, Procare is a dynamic injury management and insurance service support provider with now almost 200 staff in NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, VIC and WA. Based on this success and due to client demand, we are expanding our lines to a national platform, and are seeking talented performers to join us in Melbourne.

The Role

Due to recent success on a national level we are currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to come on board in Melbourne. 

We are flexible with working hours and this role would suit someone looking for a full time OR part time position.

Our services currently include Injury Management, Investigations & Surveillance, Claims & Risk, Training & Recruitment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Rehabilitation Counsellor with relevant professional registration (ASORC/RCAA);
• Min 12 months experience in workplace rehabilitation ideally including Job Seeking/Vocational Counselling and Career Education Services;
• Comcare experience highly regarded;
• Sound communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
