About the Role:
- Your role is to assist injured workers return to work in a safe and sustainable manner.
- Undertake Initial & Worksite Assessments, including the identification or barriers and strategies to overcome them.
- Development of return to work programs in line with expected recovery time frames.
- Liaising with treating practitioners, employers, insurance Agents and employees to assist with return to work planning.
To Be Successful:
- You must be a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Exercise Physiologist or Psychologist. New Occupational Therapy graduates are welcome.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You possess excellent time management skills.
- You possess excellent report writing skills.
- You possess industry experience in workers compensation and injury management.
