We are seeking a passionate, experienced and person centred Recreational Activities Officers to join our team at Bupa Eden on a part time basis.

About the Role
You will be responsible for promoting emotional and physical rehabilitation through recreational activities that promote holistic wellbeing, including providing residents with quality care and actively supporting them to maintain the skill level, independence and mobility and providing respite support to their family/carers.
Successful candidates will have:
- Proven track record delivering recreational activities in an Aged Care environment
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or equivalent
- The ability to work as a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in caring for the elderly within Aged Care or community setting
- Reliable, practical & able to maintain a safe & high standard of practice
- Previous experience working in a person centred model will be highly advantageous but not essential
