Based in the Sydney CBD and reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a small team of remote typists, report on quality assurance and be responsible for the effective and efficient planning and delivery of MLO's core services each day.
This role will ensure we deliver our services to exceed customer timeliness and quality standards, establish operational controls and KPI'S and coordinate specialist clinics across the country, enhancing and promoting telehealth video conferencing.
Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation and oversight of defined, structured daily operating processes to ensure service delivery is consistent, replicable and efficient.
Development and implementation of process improvement plans - striving to improve in a measureable and action driven way (you have a plan!)
Maintaining an 'up to date' knowledge with all relevant industry trends and legislation, issues and news to support education of both medical providers and internal staff

About you:
Naturally experienced and proven results running small teams will be an advantage, but your success will ultimately be based around your:

Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (or a passionate desire to learn!)
