We are seeking a casual experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy Malouf Pharmacies Merthyr Village retail team located in New Farm.
This casual position is for approximtely 10-20 hours per week encompassing some weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated commitment to customer focus & continuous quality improvement
- Demonstrated communication, organisation & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a health care team
- Retail Pharmacy experience on the back counter is necessary
- Certificate II or III qualification is reqiured
- Demonstrated experience in using point of sale systems
- A flair for merchandising and successful execution of in store promotions would be advantageous
- Qualification in administering vaccinations according to guidelines and protocols is preferred.
