The Community Care Manager is responsible for the continued implementation and further development of client focused services in the area. The Community Care Manager is often the initial point of contact for clients and Service providers. The Community Care Manager will support the further development and efficient establishment of the company, as the home care provider of choice within the region. The Community Care Manager's function is to support management with the implementation of the Business plan to achieve desired business growth.

The prime function of this role is to effectively and efficiently coordinate and deliver
consistent high quality services to designated clients. 

Requirements:
  • Experience managing a community service
  • Hands on experience managing packages
  • Ability to be hands on
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience managing staff
  • High personal and professional ethical standards
  • Solid business acumen and professionalism
