Based on this success and due to client demand, we are seeking a talented Rehabilitation Counsellor/Psychologist to join us in Adelaide.

Are you a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with experience helping people prepare and return to new employment? 

We are ideally looking for a self-starter who can manage their own case load and time and in return we will offer ongoing opportunities for training and development.  We are successful within policy & strong retention, we offer ongoing opportunities for progression to suit your interests, stage and skills, including projects, quality and/or customer account management.

We are flexible with working hours and this role would suit someone looking for a full time OR part time position.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor  - with relevant professional registration;
• Ideally (but not essential): min 12 months experience in workplace rehabilitation including Job Seeking/Vocational Counselling and Career Education Services HOWEVER GRADUATES WELCOME TO APPLY;
• Comcare experience highly regarded;
• Sound communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solving;
• Customer focus and commercial mindset   
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
