Job Title: Occupational Therapist - full time role
Job Type: Mobile Patient Care – Occupational Therapy
O.T Location: Gold Coast
Salary Package: $60,000 - $81,000 full time salary
O.T Start Date: July 2018
  
Occupational Therapy Brief:

• Full time, Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 5.00pm.
• Predominantly clinic-based, but opportunities for local home visits and residential aged care facilities.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals.
• Have diversity in practice, use your skills.

Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist:

• Provide individually tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain up to date and accurate record keeping.
• Work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary, allied health team.
• A strong emphasis on continuity of care and working in conjunction with the patients.
• Work within ACFI structure to provide 4A and 4B care.
• Be a part of a structured and dedicated team, while receiving constant support from a proactive administration team, allied health team leader and dedicated Line Manager.

O.T Job Requirements:

• Be passionate about what they do.
• Full registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
• Current Australian Federal Police Clearance.
• Hold a current, valid Driver's License.
• Have sound clinical skills and knowledge.
• Have the ability to devise and manage own individual case load effectively.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Show excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Be a self-starter - be able to work effectively without being told what to do.
• A drive to excel, grow and develop in your field.
• Patience and great customer service skills.
• Relevant experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
