Lucas Dental Care is seeking an experienced dental receptionist/practice manager to join our team. We are a thriving dental practice specializing in both paediatric and family care.
Lucas Dental Care comprises of three practices; Malvern, Bundoora and Mornington. The successful applicant will be situated at our Bundoora rooms.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of appointment books
- Processing HICAPS claims and account management
- Liaising with patients and practitioners
- Data entry and mailing tasks
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries
- General anaesthetic bookings
The successful applicant will bring to the practice the following attributes:
- Experience in a dental reception role, plus a certificate in Dental Assisting, will be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with high pressure situations, plus experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Knowledge of Oasis Software Management is preferred but not essential
The position is permanent part time, Monday To Friday.
