ABOUT US
Better Rehabilitation is a growing National Allied Health provider that provides consultancy and in-home rehabilitation services for adult and paediatric clients, with highly trained clinicians specializing in neurological and developmental conditions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Better Rehabilitation we strive to be the best. As part of your role, you will be providing community based care for NDIS participants across Melbourne. This will involve completing expert neurological based assessments, equipment prescription, designing and implementing rehabilitation plans as well as advocating for improved quality of life. You will be provided with on the job training and support for the development of these skills.
You will also be have the opportunity to lead and contribute to multidisciplinary teams with other clinicians as we expand across metropolitan Melbourne. For successful candidates, mentoring, clinical consulting and professional development opportunities will be available.
Our aim is to provide and develop clinical specialists, who can provide expert care with exemplary professional standards.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Interest in supervising staff and students
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (degree minimum)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Permanent Australian residency
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, and proficient computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Working with Children Check
- Current Drivers Licence and Car
