Due to our continued success we are currently looking for Graduate Occupational Therapists, EP's or Physios in Orange to cover the referrals and grow business in the area.
About the role
As an Rehabilitation Consultant reporting to the Business Unit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments,
- Identifying Return To Work barriers and,
- Designing implementing and monitoring those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.
- Travel to city based offices when required
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
- An understanding of workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation ideal;
- Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees;
- Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments;
- Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals; and
- Proven organisation and time management skills.
