About the opportunity
Drive change, stream line processes and manage day to day activities of product release. With 4-5 direct reports, ensure that all Quality Control activities (IPQC and Product Release) are performed efficiently and in line with TGA requirements. Open to a senior/supervisor ready to take the step into full management.
Duties
- Proactively manage and review performance of the Quality Control team - in process and product release (4-5 direct reports)
- Liaise with various departments to ensure any issues relating to products, documentation or compliance are resolved efficiently
- Demonstrate leadership, drive change and streamline processes
- Manage the NCR system ensuring compliance and issue resolution
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in a related industry (Complementary, pharma, food, FMCG)
- Experience managing or supervising a small team in a TGA environment
- IPQC and high volume Product Release Quality experience
- Proven ability to drive change and streamline processes
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
