FM/DON - Aged Care RN - Hervey Bay

We are seeking an exceptional Facility Manager/Director of Nursing who is looking to take on a new opportunity in the Hervey Bay region. If you have been thinking about a change of scenery for a while, this is your chance. We require a Registered Nurse who has demonstrated experience in aged care in a similar role, so if that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience in a previous Facility Manager/DON role within aged care
- Aged care experience is a must!
- Good knowledge of accreditation and the aged care standards
- Experience leading a large team of staff
- Ability to provide ongoing staff education
- Someone with ACFI and Occupancy experience
- A manager who is approachable and who can provide the home with consistency 
- Current police check
- No visas/sponsorships on offer
