OUR BUSINESS
Conveniently located in Sydney's Inner West, our established and thriving practice provides exceptional primary health care services to our surrounding suburbs and communities.
Our wonderful team of around 8 - 10 General Practitioners, 3-4 Allied Health Providers, 2 Nurses and 5-7 Reception staff are dedicated to ensuring our patients receive welcoming and highly quality care.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the practice on a permanent full-time basis.
The Practice Manager promotes a positive working environment and provides guidance.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Oversee daily operations.
- Staff Management and Leadership.
- Ensuring proficiency of the practice while encouraging all employees to achieve our core mission and values.
- Promotion of the business in the local community and online.
- Ability to lead a team while encouraging growth and development.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and confidence in dealing with people from various backgrounds.
- Engage in contemporary Human Resource practices.
- Leading and managing change.
- Accountability for delivering against agreed objectives.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with an adaptable attitude and highly developed interpersonal skills. You will need exceptional communication skills and show a high level of initiative.
Experience with Medical Software is required, preferably Best Practice.
Candidates must have at least 1-2 years experience in a Practice Manager Position. Alternatively we would accept applicants who have 3-4 years in a Senior Medical Receptionist role.
