THE FACILITY & THE ORGANISATION
A Not for Profit organisation with a fantastic reputation. They pride themselves on the high standard of care which they provide and they tailor all of their services to residents' individual needs.
The facility is a small to medium sized facility located in Melbourne's East. The facility is located in a beautiful location and has been beautifully decorated.


THE ROLE
This opportunity is for a Senior Clinician who is highly motivated and results driven. The role will require you to work closely with the Facility Manager to oversee all of the clinical operations and compliance to a high standard in preparation for accreditation. 
You will also:

• Manage and support a care support team. You will work with a number of specialists in the facility who will assist you in providing clinical care to the residents
• Liaise and provide support to your Facility Manager
• Oversee the ACFI, quality and education for your team
• Liaise with residents and their facilities and provide excellent customer service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Registered Nurse, Division 1 (AHPRA Registered)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care facility (3 years+)
• Working knowledge of ACFI and aged care Accreditation Standards
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment requirements for new admissions including ACFI
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and key business indicators
