Care Manager (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Relocation SA

Redstone is currently seeking an experienced Aged Care/Acute professional to join a small residential home located a regional town 2.5 hours outside of Adelaide. You will overseeing the clinical aspects of the home including ACFI and ensuring the aged care standards are met. 

This organisation will consider a Registered Nurse with extensive experience within Aged Care or someone within Acute management looking to move into the Aged Care space. 

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Excellent aged care clinical skills or Acute management skills 
• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential! 
• A passion for aged care and developing your skills 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ACFI
• Manage time efficiently
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
