THE ROLE
Facility Manager in a smaller sized residential aged care facility located in the Western Downs region. You will be managing the overall operations of this residential aged care facility and ensure that the highest level of care is being provided to all the residents.

• Aged care facility is in a rural location in the Western Downs area - although as the home has a great reputation, the staff structure is very stable and supportive
• You will be reporting to an experienced Regional Manager
• This is initially a contract position however there is room to extend this into a permanent position.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Qualified registered nurse with AHPRA registration – essential
• Minimum 3+ years in residential aged care as a Care Coordinator or Care Manager
• Strong knowledge in aged care standards, legislation, ACFI and accreditation
• Passionate about aged care and ready to make a difference!
• If you are not from the Chinchilla area, we are looking for someone who is committed to making this move for the short period of time
