About the Role:
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with a keen interest in serving the elderly and passion to take initiatives. You will be required to work in sites located in multiple sites all around Perth, Rockingham, Byford and Mundaring. The responsibilities are below:
- Comprehensive care assessments and care plan
- Manage a team of OT and therapy assistants
- Delivering holistic and individualised pain management treatments
- Providing evidence based treatment
- Providing input in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Delivering rehabilitation and falls prevention program
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current driver's licence
- Police Clearance Certificate (Not more than 6 months old)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
Skills:
- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding communication skills to build rapport with the residents and provide effective input into multi-disciplinary team meetings
