Aveo, Australia's leading retirement owner/operator is seeking an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic Industry Liaison Clinician to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.
About the Role
The Industry Liaison Clinician is a senior health care professional who will build and improve awareness of Freedom Aged Care within the national health care industry. This will entail the establishment of effective formal and informal networks for the purpose of providing education and training in relation to the Freedom model of care. The Industry Liaison Clinician will be held accountable for increasing leads and managing relationships of key industry stakeholders
What we are looking for;
- Registration with APRHA with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse or other relevant health related university qualification (required).
- Experienced Health Professional or Clinician with demonstrated experience in the aged care sector, encompassing the acute, community and residential fields.
- Post graduate qualification or working towards same (desired).
- Current Federal Police check
- Current valid Australian driver's license
- Demonstrated ability to multi task, flexible in dealing with changing priorities and have the ability to manage conflicting demands
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with key stakeholders to achieve desired resident outcomes
- Exceptional presentation, high level customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge of sales principles and management of stakeholders to increase leads, desirable
