To join Regis in a AIN position, you must be available to attend all steps of the recruitment process listed below in various locations. This process provides you with an additional level of training and skill development that gives you the self confidence in your skills and knowledge.

• Assessment Centre – Tuesday 24 July  (Regis Caboolture)
• Pre-Employment Medical Assessment – Wednesday 25 July 2018
• Two day Skills & Evaluation Training Centre – Tuesday 31 July and Wednesday 1 August (Regis Caboolture)
• Autumn Care Training – Friday 3 August 2018 (Regis Caboolture)
• Facility Orientation – Week commencing 13 August 2018.

The Role:

As a AIN with Regis, your role will be required to:

• Provide quality support to residents with their daily living activities across various Regis facilities
• Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit
• Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedure
• Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do
• Always interact with the residents and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner

Your experience:

• Qualified with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
• Undertaking a Nursing qualification and have completed an Aged Care specific placement
• Demonstrated ability to work to required resident outcomes
