What We Seek
We are seeking a strong Night Shift Registered Nurse with experience in Aged Care to join our team at Scalabrini Village Chipping Norton on a part time basis. With excellent team leadership skills, you support and mentor your team to achieve exceptional resident care.
What You Have
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing clinical and person centered care to residents in adherence with organisational policy and procedure in clinical practice, documentation and assessments to excellence in clinical care.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
A track record in Aged Care
Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage staff
Strong abilities in planning, performing and evaluating resident care;
An understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation process, relevant legislation, the nursing code of practice and quality improvement processes
Intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills
A strong understanding of Work Health and Safety in the workplace.
